PassVerge is an independently operated exam-preparation service.

What PassVerge provides

PassVerge provides independent exam-preparation materials, diagnostics, practice, simulated exams and study-progress guidance. PassVerge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pearson VUE, the Texas Department of Insurance, or any state licensing authority. Refer to the relevant authority for official licensing requirements, exam rules and results.

We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam, obtain a license or achieve a particular score. Readiness scores are PassVerge estimates based on available learning activity. Simulation raw scores are not official Texas scaled scores; 70% raw accuracy is not a representation of the official reported passing scaled score of 70. Materials are educational, not legal, insurance or financial advice.

Accounts and appropriate use

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share or sell account access, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or extract/distribute the question bank without permission. You may use material made available to you for your personal exam preparation. Respect applicable law and intellectual-property rights.

Guest diagnostics are temporary. An unclaimed guest result expires with its 30-day guest session and may be removed by routine cleanup. Claim it into your account before expiry to preserve your progress.

Products and access

Purchases are currently unavailable. If offered later, the checkout will identify the exam product and price before payment. The prepared Texas lifetime product is $49.99 USD; any applicable tax must be disclosed at checkout. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Lifetime access applies to the purchased exam product on your account, without a scheduled expiry or recurring subscription charge. It includes future content versions of that same exam; it does not include every other exam product or guarantee that the service will operate forever without interruption. We will communicate material service changes rather than silently convert existing lifetime access into a subscription. Refunds and lawful account restrictions may affect access as described here and in the Refund Policy.

Content changes and availability

Exam outlines, rules and laws can change. We may update preparation materials to reflect them and correct errors. We do not promise that every authority change will be reflected immediately; contact us about a specific concern. Updates do not mean an official licensing authority has approved our content.

We may temporarily pause new sessions for maintenance, security or content issues. Existing completed history is normally preserved; temporary guest history still follows its expiry policy. We may restrict access for a material violation or credible security threat, giving an explanation and an opportunity to contact support when feasible. We do not rewrite completed results simply because an exam bank is updated.

Refunds, privacy and contact

The Refund Policy explains the 14-calendar-day refund window for purchases when available. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Contact support@passverge.com for questions, account concerns or to ask us to review an access restriction.

Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights or excludes liability where applicable law prohibits it.

We will date changes to these terms and give notice of material changes when appropriate or required. Changes will not silently remove an already purchased exam entitlement or an applicable refund right.
