PassVerge is an independently operated exam-preparation service.

Refund window

Refund requests for the purchased exam lifetime-access product may be made within 14 calendar days from purchase. This does not create a passing guarantee, an official exam-result guarantee or an additional product guarantee.

Email support@passverge.com with the purchase email, exam product, purchase date and receipt/reference if available. Do not send a password, account-email link or card number. Applicable non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Commerce is not enabled

Purchases are currently disabled. The free diagnostic has no charge to refund. Before paid launch, we will explain refund processing and its effect on access to the purchased exam. We do not currently promise a processing or settlement time.

Completed claimed learner history is preserved under our Privacy Policy. When purchases become available, we will retain transaction and access records as needed to manage purchases, refunds and applicable obligations.
